Advice please

  Back in (removed by moderator) I got a non molestation order, but I took him bk (removed by moderator). Things aren’t working out and I am going to ask him to leave. What I was wanting to know will the non molestation order I got granted still be valid, even though he moved bk with me?

  If it is within date it is still valid.
  
  To get more legal info you need to ring Rights of Women.
  
  You could actually call the police and get him arrested for breaching the non molestation order, if you want to be nasty 🙂

    Thank you I just needed to know I could still use it now, as hes just moved out last night.
