ParticipantHave been seeing a therapist and have put boundaries in place, changed the locks as he’s still has access to the house.I feel embarrassed I even let that happen.
Smallest is having massive issues and has been excluded from school. They have concerns based on what the youngest is verbalising about what’s being said to him. Spoke to a solicitor who said I can stop access with my concerns.
Went out tonight and he called (detail removed by Moderator).
I’ve reported to 111 & emailed about a non-mol. I’m scared but, it makes me question my own sanity. Is this me? -

ParticipantHi SummerSong,
You are not going mad, you are dealing with a manipulative man who has no respect for your decisions or boundaries and who feels that he has the right to control you and tell you what to do. You know what the truth is in your relationship but he will calmly tell everyone something else and make it seem to everyone else that you are over-reacting and making a mountain out of a molehill. These men are so good at what they do that they do tend to get people on their side, possibly your mum included!
(Detail removed by Moderator).
If a solicitor is agreeing with you that things are bad enough to warrant you stopping him having contact right now then take some comfort from that. Keep on with the application for the Non Mol and hope it gets awarded soon.
There is nothing wrong with your sanity though, you are absolutely sane.
xx

ParticipantContact RCJ for legal advice. They are really good and can advice on the merits of your applicaiton. I found solicitors overall may take your case but won’t necessarily explain you what is most likely to happen upfront.
