I hope you don’t stay angry towards yourself for too long . It was never your fault. Our minds probably don’t want to believe another person who we are in a relationship with could want to cause us any harm. I bet a lot of others here have experienced what your experiencing which isn’t very nice at all . I hope you can find that little part of yourself to help you to be kinder to yourself. Lack of sleep can cause a lot of problems for us as humans and not feeling well can too . I hope you can rest better tonight. Please take care of yourself and I hope you feel a little better soon.
