Sometimes I have my bad days where I sit and think about everything I’ve been through and get upset. But I have changed my perspective and instead of focusing on the things that hurt and upset me I’m focusing on how far I’ve come, and how strong I am and happy for myself that I managed to take myself out of a situation when it could have been a lot worse. Appreciate your little steps. And sure enough you’ll be happy as ever!:)
