HC,
You haven’t pressed his buttons, he has assaulted you. Fact.
Do not take responsibility for his actions.
Do you have a bruise? Do you need medical attention for any injury?
-
9th June 2020 at 7:11 pm #105716HeadcookParticipant
Don’t need attention
Came in my room without knocking persecuted me I’m not a nice person
Why do I think I’m a nice person cause I’m really not
Tried pull partner into itNo she doesn’t think he will do it to her else wouldn’t be moving out with you
On and on
I asked him to leave many times
So I left

This is the abuse escalating to a dangerous level. When he says he will kick your head in, he means it. I’d ring the police and have him removed before it’s too late.

If you ring the Police they can get help for you. Maybe you need some help also from a doctor.

What about a refuge? Could you go there for two weeks?
-
9th June 2020 at 8:57 pm #105736HeadcookParticipant
Can you go for just 2 weeks kip ?
-
9th June 2020 at 9:53 pm #105750Wants To HelpParticipant
HC, you don’t go for a set time limit, you go to get away from the abuse and the time it takes to get you somewhere safe to live. In this case, they may help you apply for an Occupation Order to get him out of the house. There isn’t really a time frame on how long you go to refuge for. If you call the Police tonight they’ll come and arrest him and you’ll be safe to go home tonight. If you tell them the history of the abuse I should imagine there’ll be something in place to stop him coming back any time soon.

It’s not too late at all, you have been assaulted within the last couple of hours and you are not safe at home. The night shift start at 10pm, they’ve just come on duty, they’re wide awake! Give them a call.

Tonite feels like a set up
I was deliberately led to the point were he could loose control
All because he had a date to move out this is how he handled it
He did exact same thing when he told me they have found somewhereKept on about being nice
Wants to leave clear of blame more like -

Hi Headcook
I hope you are feeling ok after a horrible day yesterday. We know it is hard to phone the police when you are frightened and in shock, if this does happen again this would be your best option as your safety is so important.
I hope you manage to have a good conversation with your support worker today and discuss your options on keeping safe for the next few weeks until they have moved out.
Take care
Lisa
