      Hi ladies,

I’ve seen two different specialists about head and face pain recently and was told by both that I have TMJD from jaw clenching and to book in for physio, accupuncture and massage.

So I went for a deep tissue/sports massage and it was the most amazing thing ever! Ahhh I love proper massage, it was so good as my head, neck and shoulders feel like they are in a tense vice grip a lot of the time. The only thing was it went far too quickly, I wish I good book in every day! 😀

I stopped going to the gym a few months ago as I couldn’t afford it but these pains have made me realise that I need to find alternatives to maintain my health. Im going to try 1-2 things a week if I can and keep doing yoga at home as well as daily walks.

After the massage I was near the park so I had a lovely walk amongst the trees and fields, collected conkers and acorns and chatted to cute dogs and their owners. Whenever I am in nature I always feel like I can breathe better, so much calmer. I just wish sometimes that life was less stressful, fast paced and overcrowded, like I could live in the park all the time, but I guess I’d get bored without any challenges.

I just wanted to share my positive day and hope it might encourage you all to do something nice for yourselves too. 🙂

      Hi Sunshinerainflower.
What a wonderful, positive post, thank you for sharing 🙂

So pleased the massage helped you and your walk, I too adore nature, it calms me, even when I was there I used to focus on one particular tree, watching it change with the seasons, it calmed me, reassured me. I still do the same here.

I even took up gardening, I have never had green fingers but I find it therapeutic now.
Take care and thanks again xx

I think I share similar likes to you.
I too went collecting pine cones/acorn’s. Ahh I do love a brisk forest walk. To then stop and collect Forrest treasure and spot the squirrels and birds!
My little one is so at ease in the outdoors. Well be using our foraged goods for Christmas decorations!
      Have a great weekend.
