cafcass call

Out of the blue, I noticed a message on my phone from Cafcass, from (detail removed by Moderator) ago, asking me to phone them. Just wondering why this would be. Cafcass haven’t been involved (detail removed by Moderator) a long time ago. we aren’t in court now, so there are no reports due.

I’m worried. Any thoughts on why they would want me to phone them? My friend thinks they may want to check all is OK, but my understanding it that they only get involved if the court tells them to.
