      He has regular contact with our children but now wants to have also video contact the days he is not with them. I’m feeling really anxious about this. He has used contact before to be abusive towards me. It would be horribly overwhelming. I feel sufocated just thinking about that. Another form of control.

      That sounds an awful situation. Are the children old enough to make their own video calls? Are they old enough to be asked how do they feel about calls?
      Have you already been to court and have you a solicitor?
      I’m sorry for all the questions. And I’m so sorry that you’re experiencing this behaviour designed to control you and make you feel anxious.
