  Hi I am (detail removed by moderator) and I have been abused all my life by different people. I seen a physcologist recently who said I might have PTSD. Will childrens services use my mental health against me and not agree to have the children return to my care? Thanks

  I’m so sorry you’re in this situation.
  You need to know if there is a care order. If not you’re still holding your parental rights and responsibilities.
  You can contact following charity to find out more information about your own and your children’s rights and make sure you are treated with respect by the courts, cafcass and social services.
