I’m currently filling out passport application forms for children. Their father won’t give me his actual address for their passport application he hasn’t been forthcoming with it. He told me to use a certain relatives address and claims that is his official address eventhough he doesn’t reside there. Not sure if its a big deal and whether I should just put the address he said on it but I’m concerned as it’s a legal document. Any one experience something similar? Not sure what to do

That sounds really frustrating. Coram’s Child Law Advice website has this information on child passports. They also have a helpline and web chat that you can contact if you have further questions. You can also contact HM Passport Office directly for guidance on this issue.
