  I was really getting my life on track but I’ve been knocked for six by husbands demands. First he demanded to look at my finances for the divorce, even though HE is the one with money and I wasn’t going to chase him for it. (Detail removed by moderator).

  You do not have to do that. If he applies for a financial order both of you have to fill in the form (at least 27 pages) that reveals everything in detail for BOTH parties.
