How long did you need it, have it? Its nearly double digits since I left him. I left him (detail removed by moderator) days before my last womens aid session and they gave me (detail removed by moderator) more, I then had (detail removed by moderator) counciling, then tried GP that lasted (detail removed by moderator) sessions, I then had (detail removed by moderator) years of private counciling, that ended in (detail removed by moderator). I don’t know if bringing it all up again is worth the emotions and remembering and all of it but I think about it more than I like to admit, I’m a mum now and my mum is very important to me and I now maybe think about it from her view abit more, my current partner has (detail removed by moderator) so is it worth it after so long?

      Hi Littlefish

How long to continue with counselling is a very personal decision, it sounds like you have been thinking about having more after a break from it, you could always find a counsellor and discuss how you are feeling about the process and have a few sessions and see how it feels to bring it all up again, you probably wont know until you try.

      Take care and keep posting
