So we have court coming up. Will the case be listed publicly? I don’t really want people knowing what he’s done to me. I still find it all too emotional, disgusting and embarrassing.

It sounds like it would be best for you to check this information with the Police Officer in charge of your case or your witness care officer. You could also speak to your Independent Domestic Violence Advocate linked to your local service to see if she could find out this information for you.
