Hi, anyone in the situation where they moved many miles from abuser and have gone through court re child contact? Trying to find out what is likely to be awarded…thanks all

Sorry to see you didn’t get any reply whoaminow,
Contact is no issue for me as mine are all grown up,
I do know of a former forum member who was tracked down via her national insurance no, by the courts when her ex applied for child contact.
Due to the distance and school commitments it was a day in certain holidays, then a couple of days to include an overnight say and it’s progressing like that.
