I have been made aware of a woman in extended family telling me of sexual abuse/inappropriate behaviour in extended birth family.
I have to stress, myself and daughter are SAFE.
However I am reeling from this.
The person in question (male) is influential (detail removed by Moderator)
We know where this goes, often, for those who have had the issue of grappling with the power strucutres.
Please help with tips and support.
I guess it has only just come into awarensss of myself.
I stress, we are safe.
It explains a shed load of what happened to us/me/my chld.
the power structure, the shutting up, the ‘it is your fault’
I am strong ladies as you know, but this is bombshell

Ftc, it makes me so angry when those in positions of power and prestige abuse it so diabolically. All we can hope that they are under investigation or will be in the future. This type of abuse goes to the very top, the old boys network so to speak, judges,politcians, lawyers police etc. Those who are supposed to uphold the law are the very ones breaking it and laughing about how so very clever they are.its astounding what lengths these people will go to to protect their debauchness/depravity and those who help cover it up😡😡 Patriarchy at its worst. My theory is these people have so much money and with that comes power. They can afford anything and anyone to get it. Once they’ve sated their grandest desires, cars houses jewellery whatever, they start to chase things they really shouldn’t, the base desires. They feel invincible untouchable because of the circles they socialise in. It’s only my opinion but we know how debauched these people can be.
I’m glad to hear you are safe. I don’t know who you should turn to, at least you’re aware now and it’s making sense of what went on before.
