      Hi all.
As the title suggests thought we could share our feel good songs or books. Or even to look into new hobbies interests?
Keep each others morale up when were low. Or enjoy the highs together!

      My songs are
      Jess Glynn far to go
      and
don’t be so hard on yourself

Then dark days are over by Florence.

A good boogie whilst crying lol then back to handling it!
      What makes you feel good?

Hi this post is lovely and made me smile which is always a great thing 😊

I’ve found a lot of solace in music since I split with my ex. So much so I’ve even planned my first tattoo for my birthday this year (if I can be brave enough)

“If you never try you’ll never know just what your worth…”.

      -Coldplay fix you

Has been the one song that makes me want to fight on those awful desperate days.

      Great post
      Big hugs fsc ❤️

Hello all, what a great post! I have said this before but ‘Young hearts run free’ Candi Staton because of the songs history and message that love shouldn’t be like that and should be free. Anastasia ‘Paid my dues’, Britney (*cringe* sorry haha)’Stronger’.Lily Allen ‘F*ck you’ (obvious reasons!) Or Rachel ‘Fight Song’.
My counsellor encouraged me to sing too when I’m lost in my thoughts as she said its hard for your brain to sing and think?? I don’t know if that’s true but it works for me!! She also encouraged me to empower myself creatively and I wrote and learnt a rap about how I would not be treated like that anymore! Sometimes just rapping that in my car can help 😊 x*x
