I watched an interesting video on emotional abuse the other day and it is so true.

the scars that can not be seen on my body because of emotional abuse does not mean that i have not suffered, some are still wounds that im trying to repair, but if i could write them on my body mine would read paranoid, scared, hurt, isolated, fat, disgusting, abused, weak, lost, afraid, useless anxious, insecure all the things that you cant see but i feel.

weeblewob I think we’d all be unrecognisable if we had to wear the scars of our abuse on our bodies. This abuse is the worse kind and more harmful than physical xx
