I viewed a flat today and it was nice.. I’ve said yes to it and I’m really really hoping it’s mine within days.

I dare not get myself excited about it, cos really I’m terrified, I’m so scared and even surprised I’m cruelly eventually going to do this. I haven’t managed to get a bag together or anything so it will be just me and kids – I’ll make it work.

I think I’m still in shock that after (detail removed by moderator) I may get to have a new beginning.

Well done. What adventures we can have when we are free. I was over two decades too and it was the best and scariest thing I’ve ever done. Onwards and upwards x keep gathering a support network and take the help when it’s offered 👍
