Fed up

It’s 0100kids back at school.. first day all were up early exhausted except him…. he didn’t get out of bed…. he tired himself out screaming shouting and swearing yesterday……. anyway we all have to be up bright and early for day two…. but now he’s hoovering and banging around as though it’s 1pm, not 1am……whys he doing it?? Because he can and because he doesn’t have to get up in morning… he can have a lie in….

Sleep deprivation is a recognised form of torture. My ex used it all the time. It makes us easier to manipulate. It also gives him a reason to abuse you. When you bring up his behaviour he will twist it round that he was actually helping and you are the unreasonable one. It only gets worse x

they just do it cause they know they can rest after and we cant, sleep deprivation is form of abuse, i hated it , hope u can reach out for support
