      To contact him God knows why!!! Maybe because the sale of my house has gone pear shaped. But if I do what will I achieve? Only make me feel down again x

      Hi betterdays,

      After a relationship is over it’s natural that when you have a bad day or bad news you think to contact your ex, it’s who you are used to sharing things with. However as you say, it would inevitably lead to ongoing abuse and would take you backwards.
      Keep going forwards, you are doing really well!
