  So many flashbacks ….
  I have no idea why they are so intense today.
  Will scream again until my voice seizes.

  Sorry, that you are feeling this way today. I do not know how to comfort you at this moment. Just hope there will be a new day tomorrow and you feel better. We all have very bad days and it could be very lonely, but it is good that you wrote it here.

  I am sorry you are feeling like this. I didn’t understand the horror of these things until recently. I hope you feel better soon. I have been given valium and beta blockers by my gp. I am terrified of becoming addicted to valium. It does take away the horror so I try to take it only when it is particularly bad.
