Feeling low

Struggling today. Ex was arrested long while ago, divorce completed (detail removed by Moderator) I am feeling sad, lonely, scared about my future and also resentful that I can’t retire, can’t go away,wasted so many years on him. Realising how little life I did with him and also guilty that my boys missed out too. Sometimes I can be positive but not today. Today I just want to run away
