  Iv recently just escaped from another abusive relationship. Iv been speaking to my domestic abuse support worker and she has put my name down for the Freedom Programme. Has anyone got any experience of this? Is it something worth taking part in?

  Definitely worth taking part in, I understand it is being offered online but if you can do it as part of a group safely I believe this is the best way. Everyone has very different walks of life and experiences and if you can respect that and find the strength to open up and participate, it can be a great tool towards recovery,

  I found it very helpful. I just wish that there were follow up events rather than when it ends then you never hear or see anyone again.
