I took some advice and I’m doing the Grey Rock Method (ignoring my abuser). Just now the abuser said why aren’t I communicating? He doesn’t know I am doing the ignoring method, I ignore the abuser is around. The Grey Rock Method is tough but I will keep on trying this method to keep the peace.
Very good but try not to be in your abuser siblings presence at all. Then he won’t even know you’re ignoring him and he can’t hassle you about that and wear you down. Aim to never be in the same room as him. He’s your brother; you don’t owe him anything.
