  Please help, I’m failing at no contact. I’m married to someone else but ex been in contact and love bombing me, he’s sucking me in (he’s with another woman n llives with her)

  Block him on everything. Remember abusers only want to get close enough to slap us. What if he sends your messages to your new husband? Write down every incident of abuse with him and how it made you feel. The destruction these people cause is immeasurable. He’s treating his new partner probably the same way he treated you. Don’t let him destroy what you’ve rebuilt x
