He’s blaming me

  My son told him he was missing him bad he told him I couldnt live the life I had with your mum I didn’t have a life he is trying to blame ME my son said he understood God IT hurts he was so horrible to me in front of my son aswell why does he say he understands to his dad I am gutted

  Dear MM, blame is their middle name, they take zero blame and put it all onto you instead. Its more comfortable for them that way, they get off scot free. Blame is mentioned in the Power & Control wheel, its a form of continuing to wield power over you. I was blamed for everything, even things he blatantly did wrong.
