You would think after moving home the abuse would stop it never stops! I cant get a non molestation order because apparently me and my kids lives have to be in danger. I was told to speak to a criminal lawyer! The cost of damage in 1 week is nearly 200 pound. That’s half of what I get a month.

If it’s criminal damage you need the help of the police and victim support. They can install cameras. Do you have support from your local women’s aid?

I spoke to someone about this and they said I need a criminal solicitor as a molestation order is only if your life is in danger I went through the victims support advice
