i am reading the book again , i like reading the section about the true meaning of no contact and mentally preparing yourself and get ready for the cravings because it really helped me to understand why i feel so heartbroken .. it is like an addiction and you’ve got to give them up no matter how much you love them.

I’ve really toughened up on the no contact after reading this book. Although I’m having to do modified contact anyway due to children. He’s being more amicable and essential contact re children only in the last 52 hours.
I’m wavering between wary and hopeful.
