Idiot for even been with my ex for the months i did. Hes humiliated me with everybody chatted to every women there is on social media all while being with me. I feel i just wernt good enough i feel low and the problem is with me god knows how il get over this x

Keep chatting on here and some one who can relate will advise, my ex was more verbally, emotionally , sexually and physcially abusive so i cant relate to the cheating side. Its not u, they choose to cheat, try doing some confidence classess and self developement. IN time the pain heals
