      He has seen the children three times in a decade and not at all in at least seven years. He doesn’t skype or email apart from once a year which seems to be to maintain control. Hes never paid maintainance.

      Suddenly on (detail removed by moderator) we got a message saying he wanted to see both kids.
      The kids don’t even remember him and don’t want to see him and one who had reported something that happened to their old primary school which had happened before we left him is quite shaken.

      He doesn’t like being told no and will be awful about it.

      Hi there, can you ring the helpline number on here. Contact your local WA. Ring rights for women. Get some free legal advice. Most solicitors will give free advice initially. Meantime, keep a log of his contact and write down what your childctold you. Keep a journal. Record everything. Keep contact to email only. Then you have a written record.
