He only ever made out that he wanted to see his son when he wanted to reel his way back in again. Now I’m having no contact there’s never a mention of him now. X

I think it might help to think of him as not being normal. He – like all abusers- don’t look at life is a normal way. They have a skewed version of reality. They aren’t kind, or honest, or selfless. They are chronically selfish, but try to pretend they aren’t!

Here’s to a normal life with normal people… X

(PS : My ex used to text me after I told him to only text about the kids- but the first line was some fake concern about the kids, the next lines were about wanting furniture, money etc…. He used my child as a lead-in. )
