I think that he will think of you all and the life that he had there with you. Own chair, remote, you making him sandwiches when he comes in from the pub. When things go t**s up with this woman he will think about all of this.
I said to myself after I split that good relationships are equal, it is not one person doing all the giving and one person doing all the taking. With my ex, I gave 100% and he took 100%. I tried to talk to him, to work it out and resolve problems but he did not do that. I think he was with me for a lifestyle or to con me mainly. If my ex wanted me and valued our relationship he would have walked over hot coals to try to make it work. He would have done anything. He didn’t he walked off into the sunset and never looked back. Its really heartbreaking and painful but I have had to tell myself that I want someone who loves and cares for me, not that. Your ex would walk over hot coals for you, treat you all with love, kindness and respect if he wanted to. He doesn’t does he. X*X
