I’m confused and scared

I have been apart from partner for over a year now and we sharea toddler he has recently moved to live less (detail removed by moderator) from my house☹.
Already turned up at my house and had to file for harassment.
He was informed to take me to court or mediation for contact.
He still hasn’t done that since (detail removed by moderator)
What should i do? Wait for him or what?
I have been told to get a non mol order then DV assist said no i cant what shd i do.

Just concentrate on you and your child. Ring the police if he turns up. If he really wanted contact he would go through the proper channels. My ex moved very close to me too. Had the whole world yet lives minutes away x focus on yourself and your safety.
