      Today and struggling can never seem to hurt him he’s constantly on my mind I’m ill with it x

      What helps is to focus on the physical- massages, aromatherapy baths, eating tasty food- to get yourself out of that hell of turning things over in your mind. Keep up the exercise too.

      No contact is so hard at first- it’s like going cold turkey- but it gets easier the longer you do it X

        Thanks serenity yes I’m if jogging shortly have to push myself it’s something for me too. I sometimes don’t even know where I am. X
