So when i was with the ex he constantly pulled me down as a parent and threatened to get my kids taken from me but now hes singing my praises about how much of a good mum i am!? Hes trying to get access to our child so i assume this is why. He was being very nice about me and apologised too and complimenting me several times on my parenting. Just like the nice guy i met at the start… fried my mind a bit!!

I was today introduced to the cycle of abuse and that is an eye opening for me. I recommend you please Google it and have a read. If you find the pattern over and over then yes, he is putting a showo. I’m sorry but we need to become more aware of this and not let ourselves being played agin and again.
