So when I left before he threatened to cut off the WiFi if my child replied to my texts without showing him first. This is one of the reasons I went back. Also this stops me from leaving again. Ps my child wants to stay in the home. Is it classed as anything.

I would say that comes under coercive and controlling behaviour. It’s also threatening. Keep all the evidence you can. Don’t know what age your child is but even if they want to stay in the home that is not always the safest or most appropriate thing for them. As the parent you have to decide what you think is best for your child. You can always get some sort of mobile contract so he cannot cut off wifi.
