  It’s ok to realise this. It’s painful but part of the recovery. I think it’s good you know this as there is no chance of him manipulating his way back in. The next time you feel sorry for him, think of that. I think we were all hoodwinked but it’s not our shame❤️

  Just think how sad for them, living at that level.
  
  They are pretty messed up and must have a horrible view of the world.
