i just moved back to (removed by moderator) where he lives, too
anxiety was killing me, wondering what will happen if i walk into him
and there he was, (removed by moderator)
not sure if he has seen me but I just suddenly felt like i am on autopilot
i (removed by moderator), never looked back
pretty shaken up but i survived

ps i just realised but cannot edit that it is gray rock not grey stone haha

Something similar happened to me a few months ago.
There he was, looking uglier than ever with a nasty expression on his face.
I stared ahead of me and walked like a robot.
I am not sure whether he saw me either, because he was with another woman.

It was a scary experience, because he is dangerous.
But on the other hand I noticed from my own appearance how I had moved on and kept up with life, whilst he was visibly a complete loser.

Ayanna, so good to hear you got through this and made these really positive observations!! And it is so true, WE CAN and WILL MOVE ON, and they will just keep making other people and themselves endlessly miserable.

I have only recently heard of the grey rock method and still practising
with certain persons,
to hear you have managed it is very inspiring for me going forward
