I heard an advert for a documentary on menstruation. It mentions a woman in India who never knew what her period was. All her life she though she had an illness. It made me think about domestic abuse. All my life I thought I was the one with a problem. Ignorance keeps us trapped and can destroy us. We need to educate ourselves and others where we can x

I’ve been completing petitions online for Level up . It’s all for educating young people, keeping them safe, educating them on red flags in relationships.
It’s definately something all young people should know about. We have the knowledge(sadly) it’s up to us to help educate those close to us, get them to listen to their gut, have boundaries, morals and stick to them.
