I just recently came to the end of a specific chapter of my life, which came with regular support and a space to breath.

I am finding it really hard to accept the end of this and saying goodbye to the people that supported me through it. Sadly for me, there is not really any way I can keep in touch with them due to professional boundaries.

because of my own situation & isolation it can almost feel as if these lovely people in your life are like a ‘friend’ or even ‘family’ so i completely understand how ‘attached’ you can end up feeling.  its so normal to feel sadness at this loss but it does make some room now for others to enter your life who will hopefully show similar warmth kindness & understanding you still deserve.  just give it some time & always remember its ok to reach out if you felt you would benefit from some support in the future x

I am glad you are moving on. It is what you have to do and I feel the same way – I need to move on but it’s all costs
