I was behind with my mortgage when he kicked me out of my house (he just changed the locks) but I paid it up to date three days later in return for all of the furniture, tv etc. Now he says he has permission to rent out the house without my consent because I didn’t pay. The mortgage company said they would always need consent from both owners. Is he lying to me?

Managed to speak to the bank today. He was lying and is now in big trouble. The bank now have screen shots of his lies about the house. My solicitor will be getting this info too. Also, he didn’t declare joint ownership to the letting agent when he rented out the house. I think it’s funny how dumb he actually is!
