Hi I am very new to the forum. Very nervous of everything right now. I am in a controlling relationship with my partner and would welcome some advice.ive lost the ability to trust and believe in my own voice if that makes sense.

Hello and welcome. Abuse strips us of confidence, self esteem and reality. Please contact your local women’s aid who are a great place to start with. They can help you take some steps in the right direction x they have access to lots of services too. It’s normal to be nervous but well done for posting. It’s hard to open up because we feel guilty but you have nothing to be guilty about x
