New bedding

I’m at work, but just received a message to say my delivery has arrived.
(Detail removed by moderator) after separating, I decided to try doing something positive as I had been obsessively Googling abuse and felt like I was in danger of feeling stuck in the past.
So I decided to get some girly, floral bedding which I would never have been allowed to have. I’ll be making my bedroom mine, and banishing memories of him.

YES! And this is how we treat ourselves and what we do when we move on from abusers – just because we can! Those little changes make so much difference. I bet you can’t wait to get home now and sort it all out 🙂
