So his life destroyed so many people and he has help no one is there for me I’m waiting for the letter don’t no parole date yet. Sorry but I get C-PTSD

I’m so sorry you’ve been going through all this. No wonder you’re feeling a mess. It’s so unfair that you have suffered his abuse and now can’t even feel safe in your own home. Have you tried phoning the helplines? Or you could try rights for women for free legal advice. If he’s been convicted can’t you get a restraining order against him to keep him away?
I hope you find some support soon, have you got any family or friends you could stay with for a while? Or anyone who could stay with you for some support?
It’s not doing you any good sitting worrying alone not knowing what’s happening. Can’t they tell you a parole date?
Have you told the police and asked them to put a marker on your home so they will respond quickly? Your local Women’s aid group can help you with that.
I don’t know what else to suggest, perhaps one of the other ladies on here will have some suggestions. I haven’t got any experience in this area just advice I’ve been given by Women’s aid and my lawyer if he turned nasty. Sorry I can’t be more help. Just wanted to say you’re not alone and keep posting for support. Good luck
