Hi
I am in refuge after trying for a long time to leave
Now I feel pushed into going back by authorities I own half the house so can’t be housed or have private rent paid

He was right saying I will never escape, feeling what’s the point

You can get hell for private renting. If your leaving an abusive relationship it doesn’t matter than you own half your house – that is disregarded and you are entitled to housing.

No help on the rental side of things, I also moved out of a house I partly owned and he is dragging his heels on selling.

I am new today too so wanted to say hi – What you had to go through isn’t right, you didn’t deserve any of it and as hard as it is, we can do this!
