Staff at the refuge are lovely but they don’t guve out post on time, I asked if I had any today and they said yep loads, two were for appointments that have gone already. The third wax from last week giving me a date for my nin molestation hearing.

I applied for it to be wuthout notice but they’ve decided it can be on notice, so not only am I up till silly hours trying to prepare a statement they want me to serve by 19am, but I wonder how much point there is in me going if the court’s already thinking he can be there..

Hi there Squeakycheese, I am sorry to hear that you have missed a couple of appointments. If you need some guidance around this it might be useful for you to contact DV Assist they are a specialist service for injunctions.

      Best wishes

      Lisa
