Hell it’s boring! I’ve subscribed to a website and it feels like a roller coaster. I’ve spoken to a few men and met a few. I’m well aware that it’s a viper’s nest.

I’ve had some good conversations and nothing beyond that, apart from one. After only a few weeks the red flags were flying thick and fast. He held my hand as though he was dragging a shopping trolley. His behaviour was stalky. When I reported him to the police and they did the DASH form, it was really difficult, because I really didn’t know him, and also he’d lied, which I found out later.

It was good to have consensual sex for the first time in decades though I doubt it would have lasted.

In a way, going through the journey of abuse has been a good thing. We can’t unsee. I’m glad that my radar is working. I just didn’t expect that waste of DNA to try to kill me when I said No.

      hi Maddog

yes, its protection isn’t it, one very good thing to come out of going through abuse, not being able to unsee stuff, you can no longer close your eyes to it, and thats a protection for us, that is perhaps new.

      warmest wishes

      ts
