I have blocked the ex abuser on facebook soon after I fled a few years ago and I never unblocked him.
I deleted and blocked everyone who was in contact with him, even though I liked those people.
I ensured there was nobody who could find anything about me.
I deleted whatever I could find about myself on Google too.
I left no online traces.
