  I came across this poem a few years ago on a meditation app. It often brings me a little bit of peace if only for a short while. John Siddique version is lovely for anyone looking for a little space x

  Thanks, I just listened to it 👏 so true. I just woke up one day and I had let it go. No fanfare, no drama just let it go. He didn’t have the hold over me. Good riddance to bad rubbish x
