I still have lots to overcome over the coming months but I’ve had a really positive day.
Had my first appt with my women’s aid support worker today who was brilliant. She will be supporting me all the way through the court process and has also referred me for counselling and the freedom program.
We also discussed moving and that they will also support me to move if I decide that is what I want.
I will get my life back and it feels so good to have that support in place whilst the police do their job and hopefully I can bring him to justice aswell!
